Washington Market Park offers individual garden plots for cultivation by members of the community. Participants are encouraged to maintain their plots throughout the gardening season. To apply for available garden plots, please email garden@washingtonmarketpark.org.

The park’s gazebo may be reserved for small gatherings of less than 50 people on a first come, first served basis.
Little Free Library
Little free library
The Little Free Library was installed in October 2015 as part of a nationwide free book exchange program. Our box is located at the foot of the main park entrance.
Butterfly Garden
Butterfly garden
This area of the park was created as a welcoming stop for butterflies – some of which are endangered in New York state.

The Court Mural features an original 90-foot piece by world-renowned contemporary artist Todd James installed in 2015.
